Software for your salon

Booking, till and staff pay in one system. Guests book themselves, consumables leave stock with the service, and commission is counted on every job.

Sound familiar?

Bookings in a notebook

They call, you scribble it down, times get mixed up. The stylist learns about a guest when they're already at the door.

Consumables vanish quietly

Colour, shampoo and gloves go into every service, and nobody takes them off the stock count.

Commission counted by hand

End of the month, and someone goes through the records with a calculator to work out each stylist's share.

Guests book themselves

A link or QR code opens the booking page: the guest picks a service, a stylist and a free slot. No sign-up needed — just a name and a phone number.

The request reaches you straight away, and a notification arrives in Telegram if you've connected it.

Free slots come from the stylist's schedule

Every member of staff has their own working schedule, and guests only see the hours when that person actually works. Holiday, sick leave or leaving removes them from booking automatically — nothing to close by hand.

Consumables are written off with the service

Materials are attached to a service: colour, gloves, shampoo. Once the service is done, stock goes down and the cost price is counted with it. You see not just the revenue but what's left of it.

And everything else a salon needs

  • Till and shifts
  • Commission per service
  • Payroll with Kazakh taxes
  • Customer base and history
  • Debts and instalments
  • Analytics and profit

What it costs

Free — forever

5 services, 5 customers, 2 staff. No card required.

Pro — 4,990 ₸ per month

50 services, 50 contacts, 10 payroll staff. Online booking and analytics work on the free plan too — a paid plan lifts the volume limits.

Plainly: an independent stylist will get a long way on the free plan. For a salon with several stylists, five services and five customers are only enough to see how booking works.

Common questions

Is it for barbershops or only beauty salons?

Both, and also nail studios, massage rooms and independent stylists. The structure is the same: a service, a specialist, a time slot and consumables.

What does a guest need in order to book?

A phone with a browser. They open the link or scan the QR code, choose a service and a time, and leave a name and number. Nothing to install.

How is commission calculated?

The percentage is set on the staff card or on the service itself and is accrued at the point of sale. In payroll it adds to the salary, and Kazakh taxes and contributions are calculated at the current rates.

Will guests get reminders?

Booking notifications reach you in Telegram if you've connected the bot. There is no SMS sending to guests in the system — we won't promise what isn't there.

What languages does it work in?

Kazakh, Russian and English. The language is switched in the interface, and documents and receipts print in the one you choose.
